Law of the 5th of July 1985 (called "Loi BADINTER"), relative to accidents of common law in which a land power-driven vehicle is involved, that is to say road deaths in general. The doctor named by the insurance company warns the victim fifteen days in advance, and informs her that she can be assisted by the doctor of her choice. The report is addressed to the insurance company and to the victim.
