Main items of prejudices in common law

Till 2006  :

ITT (Total Temporary Disability) and eventually ITP (Partial Temporary Disability) is expressed in term of length

IPP, Partial Permanent Disability is appraised in percentage from 0 to 100 %

SE (Endured Sufferings), or QD (Quantum Doloris) for judicial experts’ evaluations, is expressed on a scale from 0 to 7.

DE (Esthetic Injury), or PE (Esthetic Prejudice) for judicial experts’ evaluations, is expressed on a scale from 0 to 7.

PA (Prejudice concerning leisure activities), describes the repercussion on specific leisure activities, in particular sports activities.

From 2007 :

The evaluation of the physical prejudice progressively evolves.

The ITT will be replaced by the temporary functional deficit which specifies the dates of:

Return to home
The end of the treatment
Resumption of domestic activities
Resumption of driving
Resumption of work
Resumption of sports activities

The IPP is replaced by the notion of AIPP (Permanent Infringement of Physical and Psychological Integrity)

The notion of discomfort in acts of every day life and of trouble in the conditions of existence appears.
